We offer affordable prices for patients and their families
Same day service fees are collected at time of service for patients who are paying out of pocket. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Insurance
- We do accept insurance. Insurance is varied and your benefits will be determined by the agreement that is between you and your insurance company. Co-payments are required at the time of service. At your first visit our front office staff will check your insurance benefits.
- We are preferred providers for many different networks including: The Alliance, WPS, Medicare/ Medicaid (Forward Health or Badger Plus Plans), United Health Care, Cigna, HealthEOS, certain Aetna groups.
- We do accept Point of Service Plans/ PPO from: DEAN, Quartz, GHC, BCBS, Cigna, and any other health care plan that is point of service.
- Many times we find that patients end up paying less for our services than they do for in-network benefits. This is because of high deductibles and high co-pays that are typical of many of today’s insurance policies.
- We work with you and your family to determine the right care that you need.
- We do accept worker’s compensation and personal injury claims as well.
Products
- Nutritional Counseling is offered in the office. Nutritional supplements are also sold in the office.
- Custom Orthotics: Examinations will be done in our office and custom orthotics can be ordered through Springtime Health and Wellness. Many times people athletes who have been having plantar fascitis, calf pain, knee pain, or hip pain will be recommended to get custom orthotics. They can be ordered here and all the fittings and training for them can be done in the office.
- Pillows and Beds: We also offer Tempur Pedic products for sale. We offer evaluations for what type of bed you may require and make our best professional recommendation. In the office you can select from several different pillows, supports, or bedding systems to purchase. Current patients please inquire about our special offers for you.
- Ancillary Supports and Taping are offered in the office.
- Biofreeze is sold and used in the office.
- Rehab Equipment. If you are interested in new rehab equipment we will give our best recommendation for you.
