Getting Started
You’ll be greeted by our front desk staff when you arrive. The necessary paperwork can be found on our website and brought in with you completed. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Lenz or our other medical staff to talk about your health history and will then have a thorough examination. Dr. Lenz and the other providers at Springtime Health and Wellness will recommend the best care plan for your body. If necessary, we can take digital X-rays on-site, though most of our patients don’t require them. Depending on your treatment plan you may begin care on your visit.
Return Visits
At your follow-ups, we’ll discuss how you’ve been since your last appointment. If needed, we’ll adapt and change your care as we go along. Your plan is entirely unique to you and will be reassessed as needed.
